Influencing Factors are subject to fluctuating variables that can effect the value of each factor and from time to time reorder the structure of the top 7 IFs. Because of this it is important for the TLDMO staff to consistently monitor several markets and act accordingly to fluctuations of the Influencing Factors.
Custom multi-page php, html, & css SEO friendly site design
TLDMO will create a custom site using validated html, css, and php. This site will be search engine friendly and is usually delivered via the WordPress platform. The development of custom sites can be a time consuming process and take as much as 3 weeks to complete. The development time does not count against service time. In other words, your service will not begin to count until the custom site is completed and online.

Traditional domaining is the purchase and monetization of domain names as well as selling domains for profit. TLDMO focuses on the development of the domains for increased monetization revenue and an increased domain value for a greater ROI.

When optimizing a site for specific subjects, keywords, and key-phrases, it is important to properly relate your titles, description, and content to your targeted subject, keywords, and key-phrases.

Backlinks or inbound links are like votes for your site to the search engines. The number and quality of links pointing to your site influences the position of your site in the serps. TLDMO offers three different types of link building campaigns.
- Basic: Our basic link building campaign consists of acquiring links from other websites with priority on websites related to your subject with a goal of 2+ new links every month. No Guarantees.
- Standard: Our standard link building campaign is similar to the basic plan but is more aggressive at seeking links from authority sites related to your subject as well as having targeted anchor text in the links. Our goal is 5+ new links every month. No Guarantees.
- Advanced: Our advanced link building campaign consists of aggressive website marketing seeking targeted anchor text links from well established authority sites relating to your subject. We also target niche directories, social bookmarking, and social media marketing, and content based links. Our goal is 10+ new links every month. No Guarantees.

Long tail search terms are generally much less competitive. With the proper research it is possible to gain highly relevant traffic that other competitors may be missing.
Major keyword or key-phrase targets
The major keywords and key-phrase targets or short-tail targets are generally highly competitive targets and require many variables to be perfect in order to rank well.

The advanced monetization includes the basic plan as well as allowing clients to submit custom affiliate code from various affiliate programs to be included in their TLDMO managed site.
Monetization package (Basic)
The basic monetization allows clients to have their Google AdSense code on any or all pages within the site. It’s your code with your pub id which means you don’t share the profits. You supply the code and we plug it into the site.
No Competition Rule
All major keyword or key-phrases are unique for each client. This means that we will not target the same major keywords or key-phrases for more than one client. Once we select your major keywords or key-phrases to target, we will not target them with other clients.
Regularly updated and optimized content
When increasing the value of any domain or website, regular updates to the content must be made. These updates also have to be fully optimized for your targeted subject, keywords, and key-phrases.
Search engine and directory submission
Submission to search engines helps get the search spiders crawling your site quicker. Directory inclusion is fast becoming obsolete yet many people still want the service. Submission to search engines and directories do not guarantee acceptance.
SERPs
Search Engine Results Pages. These are the organic (un-paid) results displayed on the search engine page when a search query is performed.
Sitemap creation and submission
There are two popular forms of sitemaps. 1) xml sitemaps for submitting to major search engines telling them where to find specific pages and how often to visit them. 2) html sitemaps listing page names in hyperlinks allowing visitors to see a virtual link map of your website.
In most cases TLDMO will only use the first sitemap, the xml sitemap and submit it to the major search engines that accept the xml sitemaps such as: Google, Bing, Ask, and sometimes Yahoo.
Subject, keyword, and key-phrase research
TLDMO will research the subject you have selected as well as the proper keywords and key-phrases to target. Research of subjects, keywords, and key-phrases is a very detailed practice that requires time and patience as well as an ongoing effort.
